Meetings
Mainstage production meetings are held Monday and Wednesday from 12:40 - 1:30 p.m. in the FAC Green Room.  Student Designers, Stage Managers, Directors, assistants of all, as well as involved faculty and staff all attend production meetings.  Each production shall meet either Mondays or Wednesdays, but not both.

There shall be bi-weekly design meetings between student Designers and design faculty and Director.  Once designs are finalized, production meetings are held weekly.

All meetings shall commence according to the deadline schedule of the production and shall continue until technical rehearsals begin, at which time all notes shall be discussed in production meetings immediately following each technical rehearsal.
